Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We do not accept returns and exchanges, exceptions may apply for EU customers who are eligible for 14-day return policy. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. The shipping cost and a handling fee of 10% are non-refundable. Items returned after the 14-day return policy will not be accepted. Other applicable terms and condition in accordance with EU cooling-off period policy shall apply.

What if my order arrived damaged?

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us so that we may assist in correcting the error. We will send a replacement item or issue a refund accordingly.

Can I change my address or name?

If you want to change the address/receiver’s name, please contact us through message immediately.

Change of address/receiver’s name (not yet shipped):

Place a new order with the correct address/name. The previous order will be cancelled and refunded upon receipt of new order.

Wrong address (parcel has been shipped):

The address can no longer be changed and if the item was returned to sender, we will issue a partial refund deducting the shipping cost plus 10% handling fee and you may place a new order with the correct address/name. If the order was successfully delivered to the wrong address/receiver’s name, the order has successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for orders delivered due to wrong address.

Why my order status is returned to sender?

For returned to sender delivery status (i.e. wrong address/recipient, item not picked up on time, etc.), we will issue a partial refund. The shipping cost and a 10% processing fee is non-refundable. If you want to resend the item, the buyer is responsible for paying the resend cost.

What are the items that cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on sale
  • Personalized or custom made items
  • Digital products
  • For hygiene reasons
  • Perishable items

Can I cancel my order?

Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase only. We strictly do not cancel orders after this period.
